올해 7월부터 F-2-R 비자로 변경하기 위한 소득요건이 광역지방자치단체의 생활임금으로 변경되었습니다.
그런데 F-2-R 비자도 연장할 때는 광역지방자치단체의 생활 임금 이상의 소득을 준비해야 합니다.
F-2-R 비자를 가지고 이직 하거나 해외 출국 등으로 소득 금액이 생활 임금 이상이 되지 않은 분들을 보게 되는데요.
반드시 알아야 할 것은 F-2-R 비자로 변경하고 첫 번째 연장 시에는 소득금액이 중요하지 않지만 두 번째 연장할 때는 반드시 생활 임금 이상의 소득이 있어야 합니다.

2023년에 시작된 이공계 특성화대학에 대한 F-2-7S 비자가 26년 1월 1일부터 32개 대학으로 확대될 예정입니다. The F-2-7S visa, which began in 2023 for universities specializing in science and engineering, will be expanded to 32 universities starting January 1, 2026.
F-2-7S 비자는 거주비자 중에서도 상위 클레스의 거주비자이며, 회사를 구하지 않더라도 이공계 석사 또는 박사 학위를 받고 관할 출입국에서 F-2-7S 비자로 변경할 수 있습니다. The F-2-7S visa is a higher-level residence visa. Even if you don't seek employment, you can convert to an F-2-7S visa at the relevant immigration office after earning a master's or doctorate in science and engineering.
F-2-7S 비자를 받고 3년이 지나면 F-5-16S 비자로 변경할 수 있습니다. After three years of holding an F-2-7S visa, you can convert to an F-5-16S visa.
아직 F-5-16S 점수제에 대한 업데이트는 없지만 2023년 1월에 발표된 패스트트랙 비자 시스템과 비슷할 것 같아서 영상을 미리 만들어 보았습니다. While there are no updates yet on the F-5-16S points system, I have created a video in advance, as it seems similar to the fast-track visa system announced in January 2023.

Are you running a business with an F-2-R visa? This could be a serious problem.
최근에 제가 전화를 받았는데요. I recently received a phone call.
그 내용은 인구감소지역에서 F-2-R 비자를 받은 친구가 사업자 등록을 하고 사업을 하고 있다는 내용이었습니다. The person was saying that a friend of him who received an F-2-R visa in an area with a declining population was registering a business and is running a business now.
국내 대학을 졸업하거나 전년도 소득이 3,000만 원 이상이면서 KIIP 4단계 이상 이수하면 인구감소지역에 F-2-R 비자를 신청할 수 있습니다. If you graduated from a domestic university(college), or earned at least 30 million won in the previous year, and completed KIIP Level 4 or higher, you can apply for an F-2-R visa in an area with a declining population.
다만 F-2-R 비자는 원칙이 취업 비자 입니다. However, the F-2-R visa is primarily a work visa.
거주비자이기는 하지만 인구감소지역의 인력 충원과 지역사회 발전을 위해서 F-2 비자라는 거주비자를 주면서 지역에 정착하게 하기 위한 목적인데요. Although it's a resident visa, the purpose is to encourage people to settle in the area by granting them an F-2 visa to supplement the workforce and develop local communities in declining populations.
그런데 F-2-R 비자로 있으면서 사업을 할 수 있다???? 1345 외국인종합안내센터에서 그렇게 답변을 받았다구요? But can you run a business while on an F-2-R visa? That's what you heard from the 1345 Immigration Information Center??
